Fields

This is the first year PRWeek Asia is presenting its Best Places To Work. We are very pleased your organization is taking part. And with this email, we are providing you the link to distribute to your organization’s staff.

Categories

PRWeek will honor up to three organizations each in the following four categories:

• Boutique agency: Open to any PR firm with a staff of 7 or fewer as of Feb. 1, 2016 (These agencies can choose to be assessed as a small agency, if they feel the term boutique does not apply to their business)

• Small agency: Open to any PR firm with a staff of 8-50 as of Feb. 1, 2016

• Midsize agency: Open to any PR firm with a staff of 51 to 400 as of Feb. 1, 2016

• Large agency: Open to any PR firm with a staff of 401-plus as of Feb. 1, 2016

• In-House comms department: Open to any non-agency entity (no staff size requirement)

It costs $99 for boutiques to participate and $299 for all other organizations.

Rules of eligibility

Only APAC staff are eligible to take part. The following are the minimum response requirements to be considered:

• Boutique Agency: Minimum of three employees

• Small agency: 10% or 5 employees, whichever is greater

• Midsize: 10% of employees

• Large: 10% of employees

• In-House: 10% of the overall comms team or three employees, whichever is greater

Please keep this in mind as you distribute the survey to your staff:

Judges who review Best Places To Work surveys and determine the winners like to see entries that span all levels of seniority, reflect good gender balance, and – where applicable – good regional balance. As such, and where applicable, please encourage a breadth of entries that reflects the above. The judges also believe they can make a more adequate assessment if more than the minimum number of responses are received.

In order to avoid a late fee, please make sure all employees who will take the survey do so and submit it by 5pm on Friday, March 25.

Any organization that does not meet the minimum requirement of employees by that point will still have until Wednesay, March 30 to submit survey responses, but will incur a late fee of US$149.

Judging

All entries will be judged by a group of senior-level leaders in the executive recruitment and HR spaces, as well as members of PRWeek’s senior editorial team.

Winners will be revealed at www.prweek.com/asia in May 2016. Thank you again for participating in the PRWeek’s 2016 Best Places To Work.
